Pastor Dave & Debra Dolan

Pastor Dave & Debra Dolan are the pastors of NEWLIFE CHURCH in rural Sullivan, Illinois, a community located about 16 miles northeast of Mattoon, Illinois.

Pastor Dave and Debra both grew up in strong Christian homes. Heeding the call of God upon their lives, they attended Greenville College in Greenville,  Illinois.  After college, they worked in several churches, in many areas of ministry.   The Dolans have seven children–two sons and five daughters, and four grandsons.

In 1979, God led Dave and Debra to start NEWLIFE CHURCH, a charismatic, non-denominational ministry in Sullivan Illinois. From that first meeting with a handful of people in a home Bible study, NEWLIFE has grown to a vibrant congregation of over 700 members with a vision to impact its city, the nation, and the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Throughout both the local church and future television broadcasts, Pastor Dave’s insight into the Word challenges and inspires believers to grow to new levels in their relationship with God and their service to others. His practical, passionate teaching style causes the Scriptures to come alive in the hearts of people and draws them into a personal encounter with Jesus. This life-changing ministry is committed to raising up and equipping believers to answer the call of God upon their lives and to become all that He created them to be.

Pastor Liz Dolan – Student & Worship Pastor

Liz Dolan, is the E-Student and Worship Ministry pastor, where she fruitfully ministers to young people ages 12-18 and 18-75 years old. Liz Dolan has been a part of New Life Church all her life, but was ordained and came on staff in 2005. In 2006, her Pastor, dad, and good friends, DAVE & DEBRA DOLAN launched her into full-time ministry as Pastor over the Youth and Worship Ministries. Pastor Liz is a graduate of Texas Bible Institute in Columbus, TX.

Through her energetic and life-changing presentation of the Gospel, she is affecting today’s culture in powerful ways. Energy Student Ministries focuses on growth and outreach through homegroups, activities, missions, and opportunities to serve the Body and community. Pastor Liz’s greatest desire is to see young people and the body of Christ radically changed for the Lord; to raise up future apostles, pastors, teachers, prophets, and evangelists.

Daniel Guerra – Ministry Assistant / Inner Healing Counseling

Daniel Guerra has been with Newlife Church since April, 2009 serving as Interim Care Coordinator / Worship Facilitator, however through his productive energetic ministry, Daniel has recently joined our team of ministers as full time Ministry Assistant.  His desire is to see a passionate, end time generation of worshipers rise both in this local body and across the earth. The Lord has also given Daniel a heart to see healing and restoration in broken lives. He often brings a message of hope to the hopeless, and life to the lifeless through inner-healing counseling sessions on campus at New Life. Daniel oversees our Life Impact Group Ministry, and facilitates worship events alongside Pastor Liz Dolan. When speaking to our local church and at Energy Student Ministries, you will always find Daniel’s vibrant and energetic spirit to be contagious.

Daniel’s ministry often takes him to other area churches, as he  ministers worship, and inner healing through his personal life-testimony.

Rachel Dolan – Media Ministry Facilitator

Rachel Dolan, a graduate of Sullivan High School in Sullivan, Illinois, has always had a passion to work in the local church. Passionately driven, Rachel leads our dynamic volunteer based Media Ministry.

If you’re looking for an exciting place to get involved at Newlife Church, then please consider our Media Ministry. This ministry is made up of faithful men and women who serve the church in a variety of areas. The Media Ministry serves people through the CD, and DVD duplication of every sermon at NLC, video camera operation, sound engineering, song lyrics, stage setup and more, Media Ministry workers get to be a part of the exciting world of behind-the-scenes technical production and presentation of our services and special events and other times.

There’s no previous ministry experience required. All we ask is a sincere desire to use the talents you already have in helping Newlife provide people with multimedia experiences that will help enrich their relationship with Jesus.
